Aguacates Season

Generally, we have avocados all year, but the the avocado from San Vicente (a little town near to Bucaramanga) is unique and this is its season. Its pulp is smooth and delicious. It combines with any flavor, think in an avocado stuffed of shrimps, it's amazing. San Vicente, too, is famous for the cacao (chocolate) that grows there.

Generalmente tenemos aguacates todo el año, pero el aguacate de San Vicente (un pueblo cercano a Bucaramanga) es unico, y esta es su temporada. Su carne es suave y deliciosa, combina con cualquier comida, imaginense un aguacate relleno de camarones, espectacular. San Vicente tambien es famoso por el cacao que se cultiva alli.
